Product details

Your guide will pick you up in the lobby of your accommodation and take you to Shimotsuke Hachiman Shrine, a power spot in Takachiho. This shrine dates back to 1192, when Sho Hachiman, who was enshrined in a cave, was moved to this location.
After experiencing the purification and calming spirit, you will collect sacred water from the natural spring water that springs within the temple grounds to use in making Kamairicha tea.
In addition, participants will receive a special, precious goshuin stamp that has been passed down since ancient times.
Afterwards, you will have the opportunity to try and compare six different types of kettle-fried tea brewed using sacred water at Kai Tea Farm.
